Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of person-organization fit and job satisfaction on employee performance through a literature review approach. The study was conducted by reviewing various scientific articles, books, and research reports relevant to the topic. The results indicate that individual-organization and job fit plays a significant role in enhancing employee satisfaction, engagement, and performance through interrelated psychological mechanisms. Work environment factors, leadership, and managerial support strengthen the effectiveness of this fit. Optimal performance is achieved when organizations are able to manage the structural and psychological aspects of employees in an integrated and sustainable manner.
